Quick chocolate cake

Ingredients:

1. 300 ml castor sugar

2. 150 ml plain four

3. 4 tbsps cocoa

4. 1 tsp vanilla essence

5. 2 eggs

6. 100 ml melted butter

7. Pinch of salt

To do:

1. Preheat oven to 180 o

2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased tin lined with grease proof paper.

3. Bake in over for approx. 25 min or until cake is firm but soft in middle.
